UK Licence Holders – Must be Aged 25 – 75*

*UK licence holders up to the age of 85 may be accepted at the discretion of our insurers and this must be arranged prior to arrival.

Insurance excess of £1,000 applies in the event of any damage to the vehicle unless Collision Damage Waiver** (CDW) is purchased at the commencement of the hire, whereby the excess is reduced to a non-waivable £300.

**UK Licence Holders – £10 Per Day

Non-UK Licence Holders – Must be Aged 25 – 75

Insurance excess of £1,500 applies in the event of any damage to the vehicle unless Collision Damage Waiver* (CDW) is purchased at the commencement of the hire, whereby the excess is reduced to a non-waivable £700.

*Non-UK Licence Holders – £15 Per Day

All Hirers

Rental Vehicles must remain in Orkney at all times.

All cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel. The hirer is responsible for refilling the tank when returning the car at the end of the hire. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, the hirer will be charged a £15 refuelling charge plus the cost of fuel required to fill the tank.

Free cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the commencement of the hire. Cancellations notified later than this will incur the cost of the 1st days hire.

If you fail to turn up you will be charged the full cost of the rental.
